How tuition works
Every family's week is a little different, so we go through the figures in a conversation. Here is what sets them and how each part works.
Tuition depends on the schedule a family chooses (three mornings, five mornings or the school day) and on the child's year in the room. We go through the figures with you at a tour.

Registration
A registration fee opens an enrollment file for your child and holds a place. It is due when you accept a place.
Holding a place
A place is held when we receive the signed agreement and the first month's tuition, which counts toward tuition. If a room is full we keep a waitlist in the order families applied, and offers go out by email and a phone call as places open.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly by email, and families can set up autopay. Bills go out before the first of each month.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether assistance is open this month. If your family qualifies for help with tuition through the state, we will go through how it works with our schedules.
More than one child
If a second child will join, tell us when you tour and we will explain how it works for your family.
Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice in writing before a child leaves. We would like to talk with the family first, and we bill the month in progress as agreed.
Ask us about your family's week
We go through the figures at a tour, with no pressure to decide that day.
